The ski resort of Wagrain is the mid-point between the interconnected
ski area of Flachau, Wagrain and St. Johann (350 km of slopes). Our
3 gondolas and the extensive ski slopes on the Grafenberg towards
St. Johann, on Griesskareck and Wagrainer Höhe towards Flachau will
easily satisfy all your winter wishes!

Wagrain’s altitude (850 – 2,000m), especially on its northfacing slopes,
means that the resort is fairly snowsure from December to April. In
order to complement the natural weather conditions and fluctuating
snowfall and to ensure that the resort always has enough snow,
Wagrain also has top snow-making facilities.

Wagrain has grown in a healthy way and, despite the ever increasing
number of visitors during the season, has maintained the charm and
atmosphere of a small winter sports village. The centre of the village
with its market square and the big snowman is especially popular with guests and presents a typical picture of a friendly little community.
